By accessing and using the FlexTask platform ("we", "our" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Service Description and Earnings

FlexTask is a platform that connects users with remote micro-task opportunities. Regarding earnings, we explicitly state that:

• Compensation is based strictly on the volume and quality of completed tasks.
• We do not guarantee a minimum income level nor promise quick enrichment. Results vary depending on each user's effort and dedication.
• All compensations are calculated and processed in euros (€) according to the rates indicated in each task before acceptance.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation.

4. User Conduct and Prohibitions

As a platform user, you agree not to:

• Use bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to complete tasks.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent system limitations.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or task execution.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of the platform or third parties.

Violation of these rules will result in permanent account suspension and retention of fraudulently accumulated funds.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlexTask provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
